Our Organization is located in a 4050 Sq. Ft. building that was purchased in January 1995.
Since then members have been building the HO Scale layout of the Gratiot Valley Railroad, a fictitious rural/urban industrialized representation of the 1940's thru 1950's steam to diesel transition period of railroading in the U.S. which includes many of these model teaching features:

• NO duck-unders.

• Digital Command Control (DCC).

• Centralized Dispatch (CTC).

• The ability to walk and follow your train from one end of the layout to the other.

• A large industrial area with waterfront.

• Narrow Gauge Lumbering Sub-Division connected to the main layout with a mountain bridge.

• Almost 400 Feet of Main Line trackage (Both Single and Double track).

• 900 Car Staging Area in a separate room.

• Over 200 track detection circuits for Dispatch feedback.
